Security of our concerts during the covid19 pandemic
Korvat auki -tapahtumat järjestetään koronaviruksesta johtuen erityisjärjestelyin
Tapahtumiin ei saa tulla oireisena. Tämä koskee niin yleisöä, esiintyjiä ja kaikkia tiloissa oleskelevia. Koronavirus aiheuttaa hengitystieinfektion, jonka oireita ovat yskä, kurkkukipu, kuume, hengenahdistus, lihaskivut, vatsaoireet ja päänsärky.
Konserttiin pääsee rajoitettu määrä yleisöä, mikä mahdollistaa hyvät turvavälit tapahtumissa.
Tämän vuoksi tapahtumiin on ilmoittauduttava tai ostettava lippu etukäteen. Linkit paikan varaamiseen löydät tämän sivun alareunasta. Mikäli saat ennen konserttia flunssaoireita tai et muusta syystä pääse paikalle, palautamme lipun hinnan pyynnöstäsi.
Tapahtumissa ylläpidetään turvavälejä (väh. 1 metri) kävijöiden välillä. Istumapaikoille siirrytään porrastetusti, jotta ei tule ruuhkaa. Saavuthan konsertteihin siis hyvissä ajoin etukäteen. Konsertin päättyessä, pyydämme, että yleisö poistuu porrastetusti, jotta vältetään ruuhka myös poistuttaessa. Huomioithan turvavälit erityisesti myös WC-jonossa ja kahvilan jonossa.
Pese tai desinfioi kätesi aina tapahtumaan saapuessasi.

Viranomaisten suosituksen mukaan tapahtumien yleisön yhteystiedot on kerättävä. Keräämme yhteystiedot ilmoittautumissa ja mikäli varotoimista huolimatta esityksessä syntyisi korona-altistus, tavoitamme yleisön näillä yhteystiedoilla. Yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun tarkoitukseen ja ne poistetaan 4 vk jälkeen, jollei terveysviranoimainen ole niitä sitä ennen pyytänyt.
Korvat auki events are arranged with precautions for covid
Do not attend the events if you have any symptoms. COVID-19 virus causes a respiratory infection, symptoms include coughing, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, muscle pain, upset stomach and headache.
There is a limited amount of tickets and places available for each event, which should make appropriate social distancing possible.
Because of this we ask that you purchase or book your tickets in advance. Links to booking your ticket are on the bottom of this page. If you experience flue symptoms or cannot attend for any reason, we will refund the ticket price.
We will maintain safety distances (min. 1 meter) between people at the events. Please maintain the distances also when taking your seats and leaving. It’s good to arrive well in advance for this. Please maintain the distances especially also in queues for WC and cafe.
Always wash and disinfect your hands upon arrival to the event.
We recommend the usage of face masks at all the events!
According to the current guidelines by the public authorities, contact info of the audience should be collected. We are using the ticket reservations to collect your contact info. If for some reason, despite the precautions, there was a exposure for covid at the event, this info will be used to contact the audience. The contact info won’t be used for other reasons and it will be erased after 4 weeks, if it hasn’t been asked for by health authorities.
